The 75×75 footprint offers over double the area of a 50×50 square, delivering higher melt throughput without requiring a major redesign of the gating system.

Manufactured from high‑purity silicon carbide, this filter delivers reliable performance at operating temperatures up to 1500°C, suitable for gray iron, ductile iron, aluminum, copper, and other alloy systems. The 10 PPI coarse‑pore structure ensures excellent melt permeability with low flow resistance, effectively capturing slag, dross, and refractory particles while maintaining good pouring rates. The 22mm thickness provides robust mechanical strength, reducing the risk of breakage during handling, placement, and the pouring process.

The three‑dimensional reticulated network with over 85% open porosity ensures uniform pore distribution across the entire filter surface, delivering consistent filtration performance pour after pour.
