Which PPI Should You Choose?

• 30 PPI – Finer filtration. Captures smaller inclusions for enhanced melt cleanliness. Recommended for high‑quality sheet, plate, foil applications, and products requiring superior surface quality or tighter mechanical properties.

Edge Sealing

Edge seal gaskets are available to ensure a tight fit within the filter box and prevent melt bypass — options include fibre, paper, and expandable gasket.
