Foundrymax Round Ø120×22mm / 30PPI Alumina Ceramic Foam Filter

Foundrymax offers the Ø120×22mm alumina ceramic foam filter with 30 PPI pore density. This round filter is designed for foundries processing aluminium and other non-ferrous alloys.

Alumina (Al₂O₃) is rated to 1200°C. It is chemically stable in contact with molten aluminium and non-ferrous melts, and provides reliable performance at a cost-effective price point.

The filter measures 120mm in diameter with a 22mm thickness. The 30 PPI fine-pore structure captures smaller inclusions and oxides while maintaining good flow characteristics. The open-cell reticulated structure traps oxides and refractory particles through mechanical sieving and adhesion.
